In October I participated in the Fashion Student Organization’s annual Art of Contrast fashion show. This year’s theme was “Without Borders” which focuses on the four cities you can study abroad as a fashion student: Florence, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong. Designers and stylists were given the opportunity to participate, so naturally I got super excited to style this all-thrifted look inspired by Paris!
My outfit was inspired by the Paris Opera House, Palais Garnier, and Marie Antoinette. Here was my inspiration image:
This image was projected on two screens while my gorgeous model strutted across the stage. Here is my complete look!
I love the pastel colors that Marie Antoinette frequently wore, so I went for these light pink trousers and paired them with a satin lacy cami. I then put a white breezy lace vest over, added this luxe white furry coat and paired the entire look with white booties. With the gold clutch, jewelry, and broach in her hair, my model looked like royalty!

The show was so much fun and it was amazing to see everyone’s inspired looks; I can’t wait till next year’s show! Special thanks to my beautiful model Lindsay: you were so fierce!
