Friday Five: Apartment Inspo

I’m so psyched that I’ll be moving into my first apartment in a couple of weeks so I thought I would share some of my favorite apartment inspiration (via Pinterest naturally). It’s funny, every year I have lived at college I have changed how I’ve wanted to decorate my living space. This year, I’m loving clean white with gold details and luxe faux fur. I am happiest when my room is clean and uncluttered. So it’s easier for me to focus on getting work done and I can just chill and sleep more peacefully.
Gallery walls are the best. And I love the plant. Whether it’s a betta fish or a bamboo plant it’s nice to have a little bit of nature in your living space.
I love the idea of a clothes rack, it’s functional and decorative. You can use it as a showcase for your clothes while saving a little space in your closet. I plan on using mine to plan outfits ahead of time and blog outfits.
I’m planning on doing light grey sheets and a white comforter. I love the mix of the cool tones!
A very zen desk space. Bonus points for the white fur covering the chair.
Black and white prints have been my current fav decorations–just like the Garance Doré illustration print at the top of this post.
When I get settled into my apartment I’ll make sure to do a blog post so you can see how it all turns out!
Xx Tracie

I am so in love with all of those apartments, I can't wait to decorate my own some day! The minimalist style of these is gorgeous.
