Happy Saturday! Today I’m starting a new series on the blog where I’ll be sharing sharing some of the books I’ve been reading lately and my thoughts. Read with me…
This book was on my summer reading list this year, and I finally just recently got around to reading it. My favorite part about it was that it takes place in New York City around Union Square, which is where I did my internship this summer!
This was also on my summer reading list, and I definitley can see why it was so popular. This fictional personal look into a cult murder is a great read, and I honestly couldn’t put it down.
I have been looking for a new series to read for a while now and this one came recommended to fans of The Selection series (my favorite books). The Jewel was a little different than what I expected but it is so full of twists and turns I became totally engrossed in it. I will most definitley be finishing this trilogy!
If you’ve read Thirteen Reasons Why, than you’re already familiar with the work of author Jay Asher. What Light is a more uplifting Christmas story about a girl whose family owns a Christmas tree farm. This is the perfect holiday read for this season!
I discovered this book on Pinterest, and I’m so glad that I did. This dark tale is like a historical twisted version of the tv show Criminal Minds, so if you’re a fan of the show like me you’ll love this book. It was also written by an Ohio librarian, so that’s an extra bonus.
